If you put any one of these three then do not put ‘#’ before it. If you don’t find the bind address line then you can add bind address = 0.0.0.0 or skip-networking and skip-bind-address in that configuration file. Then it will be as #bind address = 127.0.0.1 So, it will allow to connect the database from anywhere □ Step 4 -Now find bind address = 127.0.0.1 statement, by default it allows only the localhost to connect the database.
